Nonresident Falconry Registration

A nonresident falconer must have a valid falconry license issued by the state or country in which the licensee resides to practice falconry in North Dakota. Any nonresident licensee who wishes to practice falconry in North Dakota must first register prior to participating.

Before importing any raptor, including hybrids, non-indigenous, captive-bred, or wild raptors from another state, territory, or country into North Dakota, you must comply with the North Dakota Department of Agriculture State Board of Animal Health Animal Movement and Importation Requirements.
