Cancellation/No Show Policy
We strive to provide the best in patient and client care when it comes to your pets. As a result, we work hard to protect the time that is set aside for you and your pet. Please review the below policy regarding appointment cancellations as well as if you are late for or miss your scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please let us know no less than 24 hours before your appointment time. You may call the hospital at 303-420-4422 or email us at Please be sure to include your information, your pet’s information and the appointment day and time. If you do not cancel within this time frame you may incur a late cancellation fee of $30.

No Show:
If you no show for your appointment (do not notify us that you will not make it) you will be charged a no show fee of $60.

Late Arrival:
If you arrive 10 minutes late or more for your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment, as we are unable to provide excellent care for you and your pet when this happens. If you are running late please call the office at 303-420-4422 in order to discuss options with the receptionist.
