The data that you submit on behalf of your organization will be used to prepare the 2021 Equitable Nonprofit Workplace Report, co-authored by the Center for Nonprofit Management and Envision Consulting. The Report will serve nonprofits of all sizes in Southern California by providing data on compensation and benefits, equity indicators, and trends in workplace practices, as well as feedback on workplace experiences directly from nonprofit professionals.
Depending on how many positions are at your organization, this survey make take 1-5 hours to complete. CLICK HERE to preview the full survey and understand the information you will need.
Once you click NEXT, you will have the option to enter your email address in order to save and return. This button is at the top right corner of your browser. If you do not do this, your answers will not be submitted until the very end. No matter if you enter your email or not, all responses are anonymous and will be aggregated to report on trends, themes and pay scales.
