Welcome! There are two ways for restaurants to participate in The Grateful Table Dine Out: Free and Featured.

Free = use our free marketing assets, images, and press releases to encourage guests to dine out and support their local favorites (like you!)
Featured = restaurants that collect donations or make a donation to the Restaurants Care relief fund will be featured on the Dine Out website, on social media, and in pitches we make to media.

This form is to become a Featured restaurant. If you simply want the Free marketing assets, please visit www.thegratefultabledineout.org and select "download assets".
