Officer Update Form

As part of our requirements for being a chapter in good standing and eligible for benefits, each chapter must hold annual elections. Officer terms are only for 1 year and the same person may only be re-elected to the same position once.

Please use this form to update SPIE on your current officer listing. Once you submit your form, SPIE staff will update your officer listing.

If you need to update your chapter advisor, email students@spie.org as there is an additional form related to an advisor role change.

Please confirm that all new officers have current SPIE memberships and their email associated with their SPIE account is listed here. You will receive an email from us if any of the new officers' emails listed are not current members, because we will be unable to link them in our system. Please save us some time by confirming this before submission. Thank you.
