The American Evaluation Association understands that in these challenging times the registration rates for Eval21 Reimagined might be cost prohibitive to those both directly and indirectly impacted by COVID-19 and will be offering a limited amount of registration waivers and discounts to AEA members who fall into one of the following conference attendee categories:
- AEA members experiencing financial hardship attributed to COVID-19.
- Student Members
- International Members
In order to qualify and apply, you must meet the following criteria:
AEA Member Hardship
- The American Evaluation Association continues to support members seeking professional development during this challenging time. A limited amount of conference registration discounts will be offered in the amount of $50 for AEA members experiencing COVID-19-related hardships. Applicants must be paid members of AEA at the time of application. The data shared on this brief questionnaire will help us determine the impact of COVID-19 and will be confidential.
Students Members
- The American Evaluation Association will offer a limited amount of waived student conference registrations to students who wish to attend Eval21 Reimagined and are enrolled full-time at a college or university for the fall 2021 semester.
International Members
- The American Evaluation Association will offer a limited amount of waived conference registrations to international attendees who reside and practice evaluation in an emerging country (US citizens or those with dual citizenship between the US and a second country are not eligible; for a list of countries considered to be emerging or in transition, click here).
To verify your membership status please contact info@eval.org. Only new conference registrations are eligible and AEA will not be able to refund completed paid registrations. Waivers and subsidies are for conference registration only and excludes Professional Development workshops. Applications will be reviewed and granted weekly on a first come, first served basis by AEA staff. Recipients will receive a discount code to register via email. The deadline to apply for these subsidies is Friday, October 29, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.
