Benchmark research – customer contact sector

We need your help and your figures!

Customer Contact, the Belgian customer contact federation, needs your help to map out the entire customer contact sector. In a completely new customer contact benchmark survey, we are mainly looking for an answer to the question of how big our sector is today. We get that question more and more from political quarters and from the media. It helps us tremendously to demonstrate the importance and value of customer contact.

And that is where we need your help and that of your colleagues. We only ask fifteen minutes of your time to answer the questions. The survey is applicable to all forms of customer contact, not only customer services, but also helpdesks, telesales and all other forms of customer contact. All answers will be processed anonymously.
