SBA COVID-19 Relief Customer Satisfaction Survey

Intro

During the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic of 2020, our nation’s small businesses have faced an unprecedented economic disruption. In March 2020, the CARES Act was signed into law, providing the first round of emergency relief for American workers and small businesses. In addition to traditional SBA funding options, the CARES Act and the 2021 American Rescue Plan Act established several temporary programs for COVID-19 relief, including:

  • Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)
  • COVID Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)
  • SBA Express Bridge Loans
  • Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG)
  • Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF)

The purpose of this survey is to assess satisfaction with SBA’s customer service and communication during delivery of these relief programs, the PPP Forgiveness process, and any subsequent COVID-related relief efforts implemented by the Small Business Administration. This survey will be fielded at periodic intervals to assess customer satisfaction with SBA service and communication.
