Stakeholder Survey (SPP/APR)

Dear Stakeholder,

Thank you for your interest and assistance as the Idaho State Department of Education (SDE) works to develop baseline and targets for the 2020-2025 State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) package. The SPP/APR is an annual state report required by the federal level that includes 17 key areas or indicators. These indicators focus on improving outcomes for students with disabilities and ensuring compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

The purpose of target setting is to create meaningful goals for Idaho and our educational system. By participating in target setting, you have the opportunity to provide input and develop goals and expectations for improving outcomes for students with disabilities here in Idaho.

Target setting will involve two or more meetings, virtual or in-person, designed to:

  1. Provide training regarding the SPP/APR indicators and historical data;
  2. Discuss options and expectations for specific indicator targets.

To make sure that we have broad outreach and encourage in-depth understanding and discussion, we ask that you select one or a maximum of two areas for participation and complete the demographic section of this survey.

If you know of individuals who may benefit Idaho's students with disabilities by participating in the target setting process, please feel free to forward the stakeholder survey link.
