Appeal Form

Appeal Form

The British Rowing Regulations (‘the Regulations’) contain a number of detailed provisions concerning grievance and disciplinary actions. These actions will usually result in a decision being made.

In some situations, this decision can be appealed. The guidance on the next two pages explains which decisions can be appealed, who an appeal should be made to, on what bases a decision can be appealed, and how an appeal is resolved.

If having read the guidance you wish to make an appeal to British Rowing please complete and submit the online Appeal Form. This form constitutes a Notice of Appeal for the purposes of the Regulations.

Please note this form cannot be used for Selection Appeals - please refer to the Appeals section of your Selection Policy, or to British Rowing Athlete Appeals Procedure for appeals concerning GB / World Class Programme selections or non-nominations.

You will have the option to save your progress on each page of the form (there is a bar labeled save and continue at the top of each page) if you need to take more time.

If for whatever reason you cannot submit an Appeal using this form, please contact us via governance@britishrowing.org
