New Hire Time Off Requests

For Clinical Team Members (PCC, PCT, RT, and Providers)

We will be creating your training schedule shortly.

Training time varies for each role but it is critical to share any already planned days off or other hour restrictions that may impact your schedule during the first 4-6 weeks.
Requests will need approval from your manager before being honored.
We may not be able to honor requests once the schedule is complete.

Any time off or hour restrictions after your training period can be discussed with your manager and entered into our scheduling system (QGenda) when you start.
