Welcome to the NCOPE/CAAHEP Accredited Program Reporting Tool. This tool allows CAAHEP Accredited O&P programs and O&P programs undergoing Candidacy/Initial Accreditation to complete annual reports and self studies. In order to access the system for the first time, please enter the username and password you were provided by the NCOPE Staff. All subsequent logins should be performed using the private link, which will be automatically generated and emailed to the individual primarily responsible for completing the document. In the event you have previously accessed this tool and did not receive a personalized access link, contact NCOPE's Clinical Resource Director: Chris Robinson, MS, MBA, CPO, ATC, FAAOP(D) and one will be provided manually.

Please note that you will need approximately 10-15 minutes of time when you initially log in to provide some basic information. Do not login until you have 15 minutes of time to dedicate to starting the annual report or self-study.
