City of Santa Ana Internet Survey

Welcome to the City of Santa Ana's Internet Access Survey

The City of Santa Ana is conducting a study of internet availability in our city. We need to know more about internet access and how it’s used by households, businesses, and other organizations. This information will help us make sure everyone has the services they need.

If you choose and/or pay for services for your home or a work location, please fill out this survey. If you don’t, please ask the person who does these things in your home or at the place you work to complete this survey. Provide information about your primary residence or your business or organization's main location in Santa Ana. If you work from home, please choose “household” when you start the survey.

If the location for which you are completing this survey has an internet connection, please use a computer directly wired to that internet connection to complete the survey. The survey's speed test is compatible with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. If you are taking this survey on a different browser, please switch to one of these supported programs before proceeding.

If the location does not have an internet connection, please complete this survey from any internet-connected device. You can also request a printed copy of the survey form by emailing us at surveys@magellan-advisors.com.

Please answer all questions to the best of your knowledge, but don't skip any questions if you’re worried about getting the answers exactly right. If you're unsure about an answer, just make an estimate. A good guess is better than a blank answer.

The information collected through this survey will be used exclusively by the City of Santa Ana's internet consultant, Magellan Advisors, to evaluate the current internet services in the City. Your data will not be distributed to or shared with any third parties.
