State authorization; next steps for California Community Colleges, whether pursuing SARA membership or individual college permissions.

Emergent modalities: Supporting new and emergent DE modalities: including hyflex, synchronous, non-credit, competency-based education.
Technology evaluation: Processes and practices for evaluating and selecting technology with emphasis on regulatory compliance, equity, & sustainability.
