Registration for Positive Behavior Management and Support Workshop December 1st & 2nd, 2021

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is pleased to host the FREE 2021 Positive Behavior Management and Support (PBMS) Workshops via Zoom. HHSC will be providing CEUs for this workshop. Please carefully fill out all questions below to register for the workshop scheduled for December 1st & 2nd, 2021.

For the Zoom training, you will receive a confirmation page after you complete the registration. Please keep this page, as it will provide you with the following information:

Zoom meeting link and directions
Training materials, and
The link for the evaluation to obtain CEUs. The evaluation survey is not anonymous, as we will need your names to send your CEU Certificate. The following CEUs will be provided: Social Worker, licensed nursing facility administrator, nursing facility activity director, certified nurse aide, QIDP/QDDP, and general attendees.

The training begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. on both days. Please log in by 8 a.m. to the zoom link each day.
