This application is for submitting details for approval for an alumni event with alcohol hosted at a chapter house, per changes adopted by the 184th General Convention and detailed in Beta Theta Pi's Risk Management Policy (www.beta.org/rmpolicy). All applications must be completed and submitted by a member of the alumni association. Applications submitted by collegians will not be accepted. After you submit this application, the contracts and insurance details will be reviewed by the Administrative Office staff, with support from Favor & Company, our insurance provider, and then forwarded to your District Chief for final approval. You can expect a response from your District Chief in 2 - 3 business days.
