What are our internal strengths and weaknesses in this area?
What are our external opportunities and threats?
What has changed in this area during the last year, both within our organization, and how are we responding to things that may have affected us externally?
Are we reaching our goals, or do we need to adjust/ reset goals?
By submitting your information, if will help you to identify areas that may need attention within your focus area. It will also be confidentially shared with the trainer or subject matter expert in order to tailor the follow up training held in December, 2021. Finally, if may help you to identify that this is an area you'd like some outside help or support through this grant program.
