October 2022 Diabetes Management Series Sign-Up Form

The Diabetes Management Series will be held on Thursdays, October 6, 13, and 20, 2022 from 6-7 p.m. at the Knox County Health Department.

You will receive an email 1 week before the first class with directions to the Knox County Health Department.
