My Career and Academic Plan PD

The three-workshop series is designed for school teams (at least 4 members) of middle school staff led by counselors but including teachers and administrators. Teams will design a framework that will engage the whole school community in preparing students for success. The resulting CCR/MyCAP framework will clearly integrate the three domains of college and career readiness - Academic, Personal/Social/Emotional, and Career Development- to ensure student success in high school, in a post-secondary pathway and in life.
