COGR Volunteer Form

General Information

Interested in becoming more involved in COGR?  Fill out this short survey and tell us about your interests and area(s) of expertise.  As ad hoc workgroups, committee appointments, and other opportunities become available, we'll use this volunteer survey to help find members whose responses match an area of need.  

Answers will be shared with COGR Staff, and as opportunities arise, with COGR Committee Chairs.
