Experience with Multiple Births

Welcome

The Australian Multiple Birth Association (AMBA) and the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) are committed to improving the emotional and mental health outcomes for expectant and new parents, particularly amongst our community who have had a multiple birth, that is, twins, triplets or more.

To support these expectant and new parents, we are revising resources to ensure they meet the unique and specific needs of parents in our population.

To guide and inform these resources we need your help!

If you are expecting or have had a multiple birth, we invite you to complete our brief online survey.

The survey is anonymous and asks you about the emotional and/or mental health challenges you may have experienced through your pregnancy, birth and early years of parenthood with multiples. We are also keen to understand what helped you and what advice you would give to other parents embarking on the journey of parenthood with multiples.

If you can't finish the survey in one sitting, you can leave and come back to it later. Simply click the box in the top right of your screen, provide your email address and a link to your partially completed survey will be emailed to you.

If you would like to receive the results and be informed of the outcomes, you can supply your email address at the end of the survey.

If you have any questions about the research please contact us at info@cope.org.au

We thank you for your valued contribution.
