Move the Mind: Questionnaire for coaches

Move the Mind is an EU funded Erasmus+ project focusing on mental health and well-being through sport. The goal of this survey is to explore the links between physical and mental health within the coaching community.

The questionnaire requires approximately 5 minutes to fill. All information provided in this survey will be treated confidentially.
