4. How do you envision your ideal birth environment?

• In a safe hospital setting with specialized services if I need them
• In a birthing center with my own cozy room that I can make my own
• At home where I’m most comfortable
• Who knows, could happen anywhere!

7. Do you want your caregiver with you through all stages of your labor? *This question is required.

• Yes – during every minute and for every contraction
• Not really – just want a check-in from time-to-time
• No – I prefer to handle labor on my own and only need a provider for delivery

8. How do you plan on managing your pain during labor? *This question is required.

• I want a natural birth with medication-free pain relief (hydrotherapy, massage)
• I want pain relief as soon as I can get it – I don’t want to feel a thing
• I’m not sure, I just want to see how I feel in the moment
