ARC Scotland Inclusive Training Survey

ARC Scotland has been providing qualifications and training to health and social care workers for 30 years now. We would like to develop a new kind of training we call ‘Inclusive Training'.

This is training that:

  • Includes people who get support, or their parents and carers, as trainers alongside ARC Scotland staff (we will pay them for this)
  • Brings social care workers, people who get support and parents and carers together as learners
  • Is all about human rights, choice and control and person-centred ways of working.

We believe that training that includes people’s real experience is more powerful for everyone involved.  We have already done some of this kind of training and people have told us it has made a big difference to their learning and has encouraged them to work in new ways.

We would love to know what you think by completing this survey. It will only take you 5 minutes and could make a big difference.

All of your answers will be sent to Inspiring Scotland and will be kept as confidential.

The survey will close at 12pm on 20th August 2021.

Thank you.
