Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) and the Rail Infrastructure Alliance (RIA) are seeking expressions of interest from Victorian First Nations artists to develop a permanent sculptural artwork for the South Yarra Siding Reserve, next to the Metro Tunnel's eastern entrance.
