Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2021 Academic Debates at The Liver Meeting Digital Experience™! Applications will be reviewed by the AASLD staff and debate organizers. Shortly after this online submission, an email will be sent with instructions on how and where to submit a short video audition. Videos must be:

No more than two minutes of a debate with a fun topic of your choosing
You should give a one minute argument and one minute rebuttal presented by both proposed teammates.
Received no later than August 13, 2021

All applicants will be contacted by late-August regarding their status. If selected, all participating teams will be provided with guidelines for the debate including the debate topic specifying affirmative or negative position. In the meantime if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Jessica Jessop at jjessop@aasld.org.
