SEE Host Organization Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in the Independent Professionals (INP) Fellowship implemented by the U.S.-Russia Social Expertise Exchange (SEE) Program. SEE is a diverse network of Russian and U.S. professionals and social entrepreneurs engaged in a meaningful exchange of ideas and best practices to produce positive change in the lives of citizens in both countries. 

Please fill out the form below to express your interest in hosting a SEE fellow from Russia. Fellows will collaborate with their host organizations between April and July 2022, which would include a virtual exchange followed by an in-person visit tentatively scheduled for June. As a host organization, you would be committed to collaborating with a fellow online over a course of three to five knowledge-exchange sessions between April and May, as well as hosting a fellow for a period of up to 10 days in June (the exact dates of travel are subject to change). Our staff will work with you on selecting the best time frame for the fellow's visit to your organization. 

As a host organization, you will benefit from this partnership in the following ways:

• Gain insights from a Russian professional in your industry who will share their industry skills and expertise
• Expand your professional networks domestically and internationally
• Discover international perspectives on your work and sector as a whole
• Engage in a collaborative effort that may lead to long-term partnerships and new international projects
• Receive a set amount of hosting compensation per fellow for a given fellowship round term

After receiving your interest form, we will add your organization to our database of potential host organizations. From there, we will reach out if a fellow with a matching professional area of interest applies for our program and work to connect you. Once your team has reviewed the candidate's project proposal and bio, you will have an opportunity to interview the fellow(s) and weigh in on whether you would like to officially host them.
