LeaderBridge ED Cohort

Thank you for your interest in the upcoming Executive Director cohort. This cohort is a chance to build real community with peer Executive Directors--to share what's working, discuss challenges, and offer support. Each meeting will have a couple issues to focus on, like board management, staff engagement, major donors, strategic plan, and more. We also will have to check-in with each other and discuss what is happening with our teams, our clients, and our own work.

This cohort will meet every other week, initially from October through December. The meetings are currently planned to be virtual.

This cohort is designed for current Executive Directors who identify as people of color or from diverse backgrounds and who work at local nonprofits. We look forward to building community with you, and to the shared learning that will be part of the experience.
