Recovery Friendly Workplaces in Westmoreland County
Westmoreland Community Action (WCA) recently launched the Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) and Recovery Employment Partnership (REP) programs to help secure sustainable employment for individuals who are actively in recovery from Substance Use Disorder.
As a business in Westmoreland County, WCA, with help from the Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Investment Board, seeks your opinion on a few short questions related to employing individuals in recovery in your workforce. A person "in recovery" refers to someone who is in the process of addressing and overcoming substance use and/or addiction.
