2021 ROMBA Conference Student Application

Please note that this form is specifically for LGBT+ MBA or Graduate Students who do not come from a school with a ROMBA-affiliated club. If you need to be introduced to your LGBT+ club leaders, please email info@reachingoutmba.org.

The Reaching Out LGBT+ MBA & Business Graduate Conference is a conference for current, alumni and prospective lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer graduate students (MBAs and other graduate are encouraged to attend). We want to keep the conference an inclusive environment for both LGBT+ students and active allies alike.

A large number of participating companies are exclusively seeking LGBT+ talent, which is difficult to identify through other recruiting channels. As a result, this may not be the best environment for someone outside of the LGBT+ community to try to connect with employers. While active straight allies may attend, we ask that you keep this in mind before applying. This year's ROMBA Conference (our 24th) will be held on October 7-9.

Please note that the Reaching Out LGBT+ MBA & Business Graduate conference's programming is specifically created for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer attendees. Additionally most companies recruiting attend exclusively to speak with LGBT+ talent, who they can't otherwise identify through other recruiting channels.
