This survey helps assess the current state of bus operator workforce management programs, related policies, and workplace initiatives. It is part of a larger research effort to examine challenges, determine the state of the industry, and identify best practices in bus operator workforce management from pre-employment through retirement. We are seeking input from supervisors and managers at public and private transit properties; labor unions representing bus operators; industry associations; and private consulting firms.
Some questions allow for open-ended answers and, at the end of the survey, you will have more opportunity to provide open-ended input.
