The following survey was designed to help gather input and plan for the reconvening of the Madison Dane County Violence Prevention (MDCVP) coalition. The information gathered from the survey will also assist Public Health Madison Dane County’s Violence Prevention Unit with shaping future coalition meetings. Over the next 5 years, the MDCVP Coalition will work to implement strategies and objectives from the Roadmap, the comprehensive city-county violence prevention plan released in March. We invite you to join us in taking a collective approach to violence reduction and look forward to working with you to make meaningful progress.
