2021-2022 Chapter Services Staff Application

Welcome

Thank you for your interest in working for Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. Each year, we seek out the best in Beta's Broad Domain to work with our chapters throughout North America, providing guidance and acting as resources for our groups on a wide spectrum of topics.
 
Chapter Development Consultants come from areas throughout the United States and Canada, all with very different undergraduate chapter experiences. However, they all have one thing in common:  A passion to help chapters develop men of principle and create an environment conducive to Beta Theta Pi's mission, vision and core values.

NOTES TO THE APPLICANT

The Beta Theta Pi hiring process occurs on a rolling basis throughout the year. Current undergraduates (juniors and seniors), graduate students, alumni, and friends of Beta are encouraged to apply.

Before beginning the application, please have the following supplemental materials prepared:

Responses (at least a paragraph, but no more than one page in length) to the following questions:

  • What do you feel is currently the most challenging issue facing Beta Theta Pi's undergraduate members?
  • What do you see as the role of the Region-based or Campus-based Chapter Development Consultant and how has your experience as an undergraduate fraternity member prepared you for this role? 

A current resume (in .pdf format) that includes the following information:

  • Career goals and objectives
  • Employment history (past three years)
  • All honors, awards, and/or areas in which you have distinguished yourself
  • Fraternity Sorority Life involvement, including office(s), held and length of term(s)
  • Other campus involvement, including office(s), held and description(s)
  • Areas of outside interest, including hobbies, community service, etc.
