2020–21 Summative ELPAC Materials Return or Destruction Certification

This form provides a local educational agency (LEA) English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) coordinator the opportunity to indicate the status of the LEA’s secure Summative ELPAC test materials. Please complete this form no later than Tuesday, August 31, 2021.

A certification must be completed for each LEA that ordered testing materials for the 2020-21 test administration year. Please submit multiple certifications if you are responsible for more than one LEA.
