All deposits and payments for Closer to the Sun 2021 are non-refundable.
The event has a very strict cancellation policy and HIGHLY recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance that includes Cancel for Any Reason coverage to give them the most complete protection for their trip. You are able to transfer your Closer to the Sun reservation at any time per the name change deadlines.
Cancellations are only accepted from the Lead Guest with the understanding that the entire reservation will be cancelled. We do not accept individual guest cancellations.
