MRC Shout-Outs Messages of Appreciation 2020 to 2021

On Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 MRC program is having a Zoom Meeting from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm to touch on activities during the response and have volunteers give Shout-Outs/Messages of Appreciation to fellow volunteers and crews they worked at different sites. Hope to read some and show others with music.

Please share your Shout-Outs/Messages of Appreciation below. If you have more than one volunteer or answer your providing a shout-out for, please submit separate surveys for each nomination.

1. Please write 1-4 sentence of a fellow volunteer you like to give a shout-out/message of appreciation for? (If you do not know the fellow volunteers' full name, please include in a separate sentence any clues for us to figure, unit, project/site they worked at, date, etc.)? If you know the person full name please include.

2. Please write if there a host site (Hospital, Long-term Care, OLH clinic location, DMV) or volunteer crew employee staff at the location you'd like give a shout-out for? Including the experience you had on site or noteworthy fun story you may wish to share?

3. Please write if you have shout-out or message of appreciation for the Office of Local Health Emergency Preparedness Specialist/Local MRC Unit leader you wish to share?
