2021 UXPA Boston Conference - Volunteers

Apply to be a volunteer for the 2021 UXPA Boston Conference!

Thanks for your interest in volunteering for the 2021 UXPA Boston Annual Conference being held on September 24, 2021. This is a great opportunity to network behind the scenes withs speakers and other UX professionals at the event. In addition you'll get:
  • To attend some of the best UX talks in the Boston area
  • FREE registration for the conference if you volunteer at least 4 hours
  • FREE UXPA Boston Conference T-shirt! (you will be asked for your size at the end of the survey)
We have a limited number of volunteer spots and the application will close Saturday, August 14 at 11:59pm EST. 


 
Responsibilities of a Volunteer:
  • You must be able to attend the day long conference on September 24, 2021.
  • Commit to a total of approximately 4 hours volunteering for the conference – either day before or day of the conference.
  • Attend volunteer training sessions leading up to the conference. 
  • Possible assignments include:
    • Preparation for the conference
    • Meeting with and orienting speakers before their talks
    • Engaging session participants and facilitating conversations
    • General conference technical logistics and training
  • Based on the supply/demand, the volunteer coordinator will assign you specific responsibilities and times.
This application should take about 10 minutes. We will ask about your motivations to volunteer and some general contact and demographic information.
