2021 Leaders & Achievers Application

Leaders & Achievers General Information

Now, more than ever is the time to recognize company executives, business owners and community leaders who are going above and beyond during these tough times to help navigate us through this crisis.

This award program recognizes 25 leaders and achievers for their notable success and strong leadership both in their fields and to the region. Honorees will be chosen based on their long-standing commitment to the business community as well as a sustained demonstration of leading others, community service and mentoring.
 

Nominee must be over 55 as of August 26, 2021 and must be currently employed or recently retired but still currently active in the business community (ie. board participation etc.) 

In addition to answering the questions below,  you will have the opportunity to upload any supporting files at the end of the application form including letters of recommendation.
 

Application Deadline is Wednesday, June 23, 2021 (5pm) Extensions granted upon request to events@pbn.com
  • Responses (for the page that you are working on) will be saved when you click the 'Next' button
  • If you do not have enough time to complete the application or need extra time, your answers will be saved after you hit the 'Next' button at the bottom of the page and you may return to the application at a later time
  • When you have completed the application, make sure to click the Submit button at the end of the application.  This will complete the application process
  • If you have problems accessing a partially completed application, email events@pbn.com and we will resend the link to your application.
