Fall 2021 Academy Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in attending the Regional Government Services Supervisor/Manager Academy! This training will include hands-on skill building and individual goal setting designed to increase your effectiveness in leading people. 

To register for the Fall 2021 Virtual Supervisor/Manager Academy, please fill in the information below and respond to the questions.

6. How do you plan to pay for the Academy? Please communicate any necessary information using the Comment box below. *This question is required.
RGS accepts credit cards via Pay Pal. Visit our website here to process your credit card payment. On the site, please fill in fields underneath "Participant Name(s)" and "Agency."  Then Click "Pay Now." Once you have paid, click the item below to indicate you have paid.

Note: Academy seats are not confirmed until payment is received. Our Academies often fill up quickly. If you do not process payment while filling out this registration form, another registrant may take the seat. 

Cancellation Policy: For scheduled and paid academy participant no shows, no refund of the costs will be given. If a participant is unable to attend, that agency may send an alternate for the registrant. If given two weeks’ notice prior to the first Academy session, the agency will receive a credit toward an upcoming Academy that may be used within the next 12 calendar months. If a participant misses one day of any academy, no refund or alternate participants will be allowed; however, the participant may still attend the final session and will earn fewer participation hours.   1. Mail a check for $950 for each attendee you are registering for the Academy, payable to: Regional Government Services, Attn: Lisa Cook, P.O. Box 1350, Carmel Valley, CA 93924. 
  2. Please note on the check: Your name and “For Fall 2021 Virtual Supervisor/Manager Academy."
