State Service Plan 2021 Needs Assessment - Statewide Survey

Thank you for taking a moment to tell us about the unmet needs in your community!

Your input will help shape the future of AmeriCorps programming, community service, and volunteerism across the state of Colorado. Serve Colorado is working with Vantage Evaluation to better understand unmet needs in all Colorado communities to develop the 2021-2023 State Service Plan.

Your input will be used to inform Serve Colorado's State Service Plan, which creates a blueprint to strategically address Colorado communities' most pressing needs through national and community service. The information you share will be kept confidential. All results will be reported in aggregate, and you will not be identified in any reports. The survey should take you approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

Please check back in the Fall 2021 to see our State Service Plan in response to the information collected from this survey.

About Serve Colorado
Serve Colorado - Governor's Commission on Community Service, under the Office of Lieutenant Governor Dianne Primavera, provides AmeriCorps State funding to organizations throughout Colorado, to promote national service and volunteerism as sustainable solutions to Colorado's growing and diverse needs.

AmeriCorps maximizes the power of citizens to solve problems and strengthen their communities. Serve Colorado currently administers 12 AmeriCorps State programs with more than 968 members at over 250 service sites statewide to address challenges in their communities through intensive service. Serve Colorado provides grants to a network of local organizations and agencies committed to using national service to address critical community needs in education, public safety, health, and the environment. Each of these organizations and agencies, in turn, uses their AmeriCorps funding to recruit, place, and supervise AmeriCorps members in their communities.
