Thank you for your interest in a
Scripps Clinic/Scripps Green Hospital Medical Student 4th Year Rotation. To apply, please complete the application form below. You cannot save an incomplete form, so please have ready:
- A current resume/curriculum vitae for uploading
- A 1-minute video describing why you would like to rotate at Scripps (optional, encouraged)
- A paragraph describing need for financial assistance if you would like to request up to $2,000 support to join a Scripps Health clinical team (limit 500 words)

IF ROTATION IS APPROVED, student will be asked to provide the following:
- Verification from your school that you: 1) are a student in good standing, including a background check; 2) will receive credit for the rotation; 3) are covered by professional liability insurance.
- Verification that you have valid personal health insurance while on rotation
- USMLE step 1 test results
- Internal Medicine Clerkship grade and Shelf Exam score
- Proof of required vaccination records
