  2. Answer quiz questions, and click "Next" to see your grade.
    • If you achieved a minimum score of 80%, click "Submit" to submit your quiz score. 
    • If you scored below 80%, review the education module again before making another quiz attempt.
  3. After receiving your quiz score, click the blue SUBMIT button to send your quiz results to your email account and CoxHealth. THIS STEP IS REQUIRED
