All members of the Jefferson community are invited to participate in the Alumni Awards process by nominating exceptional Jefferson College of Nursing (JCN) alumni for consideration for the JCN Distinguished Alumni Award.
The JCN Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes distinguished professional achievements and outstanding contributions in the areas of education, research, practice, and/or service to the profession by a JCN graduate.
Instructions: To submit a nomination, please complete this form with information on the nominee and a letter of nomination detailing the nominee's qualifications. You are encouraged to also attach the nominee's résumé, CV, or biography along with any additional supporting materials (e.g., news articles, profiles, etc.), but it is not required.
