The Science of Happiness During Challenging Times Joint Research with Training Magazine


Hi, I'm Shawn Achor, a researcher in the field of positive psychology, and I’m excited to announce a new joint research project with my friends at Training magazine intended to provide key insights into how our behaviors shape our beliefs, and how our beliefs shape our well-being. The Science of Happiness During Challenging Times will allow us all to consider the best steps to take now to spark optimism, increase resilience and spread positivity in our personal and professional lives.

We’ll reveal those insights during my keynote at Training 2022 in Orlando and those participating now in our survey will also receive the findings ahead of the conference along with a summary and guide designed especially for participants to support a healthier and happier you.

This survey has 37 questions and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.  Your results are anonymous. I am not asking for names or email addresses.  Results are only analyzed in aggregate, which means no one will know how you responded.
