MassBay’s Multicultural Mentor Program empowers college students by cultivating meaningful connections with experienced professionals in their fields of interest, fostering career development, and nurturing community engagement for success in an ever-evolving workforce. At MassBay, mentorship is not just about imparting knowledge, but also about cultivating a strong relationship. Through the Multicultural Mentor Program, we aim to foster a spirit of collaboration and support, which empowers our students to become proactive contributors to the community they serve.
This survey serves as an application that will help us assess your interests and availability so that we can match you with a mentor. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and you must complete the application in its entirety to be considered for this mentor program.
