Central Christian College of Kansas is committed to addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This form is utilized after the grievance has been communicated to the HR department and the issue could not be resolved informally and a formal grievance is necessary.
This form is to submit a formal grievance about harassment, discrimination and/or workplace concerns which will notify the HR Office.
This form is also for reporting Fraud, Waste or Abuse as described in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Please read the policy carefully before submitting. This form will notify the Board of Trustees Chair and President.
