Manningham Council is conducting research to gather insights on how we can meet the needs of our community. This research is being undertaken by Council with Doghouse Agency, and will help to inform the design of our new website.
As part of this research project, we are looking for website users to participate in an online interview (up to 60 minutes). The aim of the interviews is to understand users’ website needs, goals and frustrations. We will be interviewing users who have visited/used Council's website in the past.
To participate in an interview, you will need access to a laptop/computer with a good Internet connection. The interviews will be held in April and we will work with you to find a suitable time.
The outcome of the interviews will remain completely confidential, as everything you say will contribute to an overall report, and will not be linked back to your personal details.
