Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood Visioning Survey

Welcome! Thank you for participating in the Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood Vision and Values Survey. The results of this survey will help guide the preparation of the Master Plan. The survey takes about 5-minutes. Please complete the survey by May 21, 2021. Please share this survey link with friends, family, coworkers, or other associates in Kenosha that would have an interest in this project. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential.

How the survey is organized:
The survey is organized in 3 sections.

1. Background: The first section will ask you to share some general information about you. We want to better understand your relationship to the project site and to the City of Kenosha.
2. Planning and Design Themes: The second section will ask you to provide input and guidance on 5 Planning and Design Themes proposed for the project.
3. Priorities: Within each of the 5 Planning and Design Themes there are a set of 4-5 Priorities. This section will ask you to select your top Priorities for each Planning and Design Theme.

Together the information gathered from this survey will help us develop the Master Plan for the Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood.
