MMJANE is a Program of TIJP, whose mission is to ensure survivors have access to low-to-no-cost evaluations via a network of cannabis clinicians, as well as tools for navigating the state medical card process.
Program details:
- Who: Women and non-binary trauma survivors who need medical cards
- What: Affordable access to medical card evaluation, scholarships for state cards and education regarding the process
- Why: In order to participate in compassionate care programs, patients require medical cards
- Where: States served by #thisisjaneproject (currently California only)
- How: Via an online application portal and in-person events via community partner sites
