Waco Family Medicine (Formerly Family Health Center) has partnered with LaVega ISD to provide school-based telehealth services. Students attending LaVega ISD schools will have access to video visits with clinicians at Waco Family Medicine while at school with the support of the school nurse. Please fully complete the following pages to register your child as a Waco Family Medicine patient for participation in the School-Based Telehealth Program. (You can also keep your child's regular doctor.) In addition to medical and behavioral health visits, any student who is registered for the school telehealth program will be able to get tested for flu, and/or strep if deemed necessary by WFM clinician after a school telehealth visit.
